In the book of Genesis, God created the light and the dark. Day and night. And also the seasons. Some people are affected by Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD)—especially when the days get shorter in fall…through winter…and before days get longer in spring.

I am one of those people who get depressed without sunshine. Three days of rain and forget it, all I want to do is read or doze off. A friend told me lightbox therapy helps her.
According to the MayoClinic.org,
Light therapy boxes should be designed to filter out harmful ultraviolet (UV) light.
God created sunlight, including UV light, but our eyes are not equipped to block the too-strong UV light. On the other hand, even a full moon can be stared at for as long as we wish.
How much light do you need in your life? Can you face into the light, but only if it is soft moonlight? Are you trying to keep something hidden?
